Mr. David K.T. Cheung is a Senior Vice President in Credit Management Department of the Wing Lung Bank Limited subsidiary of China Merchants Bank. He has gained almost 30-year experience in Hong Kong Banking industry and specializes in Credit Risk Management and Basel II. Mr. Cheung had been engaged in a wide range of assignments covering front office, middle office and back office in the credit risk management process. He has also led a number of Credit Risk Management projects including Basel II project, credit risk modeling, data warehouse and loan application system etc.

He has accumulated over 20 years in auditing, financial control, product risk & control, change management and treasury experience in banking and securities industries. Mr. Chiu is also experienced in managing various in- house change projects including restructuring, integration, M&A and system implementations.

Dr. Haksun Li is the CEO of Numerical Method Inc., an algorithmic trading research and analytic consulting company, which serves brokerage houses and funds all over the world, multinational corporations, very high net worth individuals and gambling groups. Prior to this, Dr. Li was a quantitative trader/quantitative analyst with multiple investment banks. He has worked in New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. Dr. Li has a B.S. and M.S. in Pure and Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago, an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. Haksun Li is/was an adjunct professor with multiple universities. He has taught at the National University of Singapore (Mathematics), Nanyang Technological University (Business School), Fu Dan University (Economics), as well as Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Mathematics).

He is a qualified ISO 9001, TS 16949, TL 9000 and SA 8000 auditors. Dr. Chun Por Wong, JP is the President of the eHealth Consortium, Chairman of the Hong Kong Society of Medical Informatics and Board Member of HL7 Hong Kong. Dr. Wong is a practicing Consultant Geriatrician working in Ruttonjee Hospital since 1992. He has been the Chairman of the Clinical Informatics Program Executive Group, Co-Chairman of the Clinical Informatics Program Steering Group of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority. Dr. Wong is also Immediate Past President of the Asia Pacific Association for Medical Informatics (APAMI).
