Mr. Dominic Wu is the Managing Director and Senior Risk Manager with BNY Mellon covering the operational risk activities within their Treasury and Financial Markets in Asia Pacific. Mr. Wu has more than 18 years of extensive experience in investment, commercial, consumer, custodian and private banking practice gained from Japanese, European and US banks, and also in an international accounting and consulting firm specializing in information and operational risk management formulation and execution.

Mr. Wu is a Certified Fraud Examiner (US), Chartered Accountant (UK), Certified Public Accountant (HK), Certified Information Auditor (US), Chartered Company Secretary (UK & HK), a Professional Member of the Institute of Operational Risk (HK) and did his MBA from the University of Hull, UK. M Wu is the Chairman of the Asia Chapter of the Institute of Operational Risk (IOR) which is a global professional body dedicated to Operational Risk based in London.

Dr Cho-Hoi Hui is Head, Market Research Division of the Research Department, HKMA. His responsibilities include analysing financial market developments and surveillance in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region, and studying policy issues involved in financial stability and banking structure in Hong Kong. He was a senior manager in the Banking Policy Department, where he is responsible for policy developments and model validation of the internal ratings-based approach adopted by banks. Prior to joining the HKMA in 1997, he was a derivative analyst at Citibank.

His research papers have appeared in a number of journals, including the Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Finance and Stochastics. He is the co-editor (with Hans Genberg) of a book entitled "The Banking Sector in Hong Kong". He has a research interest in valuation of derivative securities and financial markets. He holds a BS in physics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a PhD in applied physics from Cornell University.

He is Professor of Science Practice in Financial Mathematics at Department of Mathematics of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Adjunct Professor at Department of Economics and Finance of City University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Zhi-Xiong CAI is the head of Portfolio Solutions Group, Asia Pacific in J.P. Morgan, part of Credit Risk Management since 2007. He is also the senior client credit management banker for China financial institutions since 2010. He provides structuring advice, exposure calculation and credit pricing for derivative transactions, Futures & Options exposure on exchanges, and Centrally-Cleared derivative exposure, for all lines of businesses in Asia, as well as managing Bank’s credit relationship with China financial institutions.

Dr. Cai has been working with J.P. Morgan for 15 years. Prior  to relocating to Asia, Dr. Cai was Vice President in Portfolio Solutions, Americas, covering derivative business in Latin Americas and commodities.

Prior to joining the investment banking world, Dr. Cai worked as a staff scientist in Brookhaven National Laboratory in Long Island , New York for 10 years, conducting theoretical research on the structure of ceramic superconductors.

Dr. Cai holds a Ph.D. and M.S. degree in Physics from Michigan State University, U.S. and a B.S. in Physics from East China Normal University, China.

Mr. Frazer Lam is now the Head of Risk Management in the IT department of Banking Industry. With his rich experience in the area of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, various strategic projects were implemented for compliance, monitoring, planning & customer relationship analytic. Throughout his IT banking career, he was working as the team leader of the Banking Sector of Data Warehousing consulting firm in Hong Kong & China. Risk Management become more and more important after the financial crisis in 2008 and he lead the team to implement the end to end Risk Management solutions.

Prof. J. Leon Zhao is Chair Professor and Head of the Department of Information Systems at City University of Hong Kong. He was Interim Head and Eller Professor in MIS, University of Arizona and taught previously at HKUST and College of William and Mary, respectively. He holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, M.S. degree from UC Davis, and B.S. degree from Beijing Institute of Agricultural Mechanization. His research is on information technology and management, with a particular focus on workflow technology and applications in knowledge distribution, e-learning, supply chain management, organizational performance management, and services computing. Leon's research has been supported by NSF, SAP, and other sponsors. Leon has been associate editor of ACM Transactions on MIS, Information Systems Research, IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, Decision Support Systems, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, International Journal of Business Process Integration and Management, International Journal of Web and Grid Services, and International Journal of Web Services Research and is on the editorial board of Journal of Database Management. He has co-edited over ten special issues in various IS journals. Leon has been a chair or program chair for numerous conferences including the 2012 IEEE International Conference on Service Economics, the 2011 CIO Symposium, International Conference on Information Systems, the 2010 International Conference on Design Science Research in Information Systems and Technology, the 2009 IEEE International Conference on Services Computing, the 2008 IEEE Symposium on Advanced Management of Information for Globalized Enterprises (AMIGE'08), the 2008 Arizona Exposium on Frontiers of Information Technology and Applications (FITA'08), the 2007 China Summer Workshop on Information Management (CSWIM'07), the 2006 IEEE Conference on Services Computing (SCC'06), the 2005 Workshop on Information Technology and Systems (WITS'05), and the 2003 Workshop on E-Business (WEB'03) among others. He received an IBM Faculty Award in 2005 for his work in business process management and services computing. He received IBM Faculty Award in 2005 and National "Chang Jiang Scholars" Chair Professorship at Tsinghua University in 2009.

Mr. Francis Kwok is the Founder of Radica. He is responsible for strategic direction, business development and investor relations of the company. Francis has worked closely with the top enterprise clients across the globe such as LVMH group, Mercedes-Benz, Global Sources, CTrip, etc. and enabled them to develop highly effective e-marketing campaigns with advanced email personalization technology. Being a veteran in the industry, Francis is also a regular author and guest speaker on email marketing and database marketing topics, including commercial, governmental and academic sectors.

Francis is currently the Business Adviser of the SUCCESS of Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department, HKSAR. He is appointed as non-official member to the Commission on Strategic Development (CSD). He is also the Member of the Small Entrepreneur Research Assistance Programme (SERAP) Project Assessment Panel and the Council Member of the Internet Professional Association (iProA). Additionally, he has served as important role in the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing (HKAIM) and the e-marketing consultant of Hong Kong Institute of Marketing (HKIM). Also, he is a member of Yangjiang City committee of  CPPCC and a member of the Task Force on E-Government Service Delivery (ESD) of the Digital 21 Strategy Advisory Committee (D21SAC).
